When do you open and close?

Monday: 8am - 6pm

Can you install the purchases?

Yes, we do do installations.  We can install kitchen cabinets, marble & granite countertops, marble & granite blacksplashes, sinks, faucets and kitchen range hoods.  For the granite, marble, or hardwood floors we enlist the help of contractors.  These contractors are licensed professionals and do outstanding work for our customers. 

Do you install in states other than Pennsylvania?

We do do installations in other states with no other additional costs.  Our store has served customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  We do make exceptions to other locations within distance, just let us know where you are!

What happens if I don't know the dimensions of my kitchen or floor?

At Phila Flooring Supply we do free estimates.  When you come into the store and do not know the square foot of the area, we will ask for your information.  Then at your convenience, an employee will come visit your home to take measurements.  After the measurements, we are then able to calculate the cost of your future purchase.

What is the return policy?

We charge a 25% restocking fee for all valid returns or exchanges.  The items have to be intact, unopened and cannot be damaged or no refund will be given.  To calculate the amount to be returned: mutiply the total amount by 75%, the sum is the amount customers will recieve in return.  Special orders, such as countertops, cannot be returned. Boxes of hardwood flooring, laminate or tiles may be returned if the entire box has not been opened. Any questions about the return policy? Call us at 215-742-1888.

What is the payment policy?

Once an order is placed, a minimum 30% deposit is to be made. When the customer has picked up the order OR the order has been installed, payment in full is required. Payments not recieved within 2 weeks are consequential to a $50 late fee per week.
